My favorites.

So here I'm posting the list of all the books that I have enjoyed. Its not the entire thing because either the list would be so long that it gets intimidating or because it changes too soon.
And that would be because I'm an active reader. I love reading. Its my hub, my harbour. If everything is wrong, I pick a book and read it. And sometimes, my problems are far more trivial than those of characters. And I do get my happy ending too.
So here it is. (Not in any particular order for all is equal to me)
1. This Man Series by Jodie Ellen Malpas
I love her. I can get on my knees and worship her. I thank her everyday for the books she has given me. The series comprise of "This Man", "Beneath This Man" and "This Man Confessed". Jesse Ward is exactly the male protagonist that I enjoy. I love him. I do. I even enjoy Ava O'Shea. She's flippant and refuses to submit to him ( before you raise your eyebrows, its not BDSM, thank god). Jesse Ward is tenacious, bossy, broody and everything we ladies want in our man. And Ava is the girl we want to be. The only thing I didnt like about this book was that it has toooooo many secrets when it comes to Jesse. His life is like Pandora's box. I mean once is shocking, twice is shocking, thrice is shocking but my eyes were perpetually wide in surprise. It lost it touch. Still, I want more of him.
2. Monster In His Eyes by J Darhower
This book was a different one. In the starting I wanted to slap Karissa because honestly, she has daddy issues. The man was of her father's age. Everything that was framed compelling and tempting about Vitale was washed out once she admitted that he was old enough to be her father. The book was predictable and boring in the starting. It went like this : meh, been there, read that, okay, not surprising, I knew it, HOLYMOTHEROFFUCKINGSHITFUCK! The shocker in the end changed my whole view about the book. I was flipping with joy because the morbid state I was in throughout the book was totally worth for the ending it gave me. I'm still waiting to read the next part.
3. Willing Captive by Belle Aurora
She is undoubtedly one of my favorite authors. Her books are funny and laid back. There's not much seriousness unless the scene calls for it. The book was awesome. I laughed and I felt like crying. It was a roller coaster. I liked Nox who wasn't traditionaly heroic but emanated the whole alpha-male-dont-argue vibe. Lily was fun to read and her internal rambling gave me undefined joy. There was one character that I loved, Rock. The end was aa little tragic but it didnt ruin the awesomeness.
4. Last Hit  by Jessica Clare and Jen Fredrick.
This one is one of those books that are so horribly cliched but yet irresistible. You know what's going to happen but you cannot keep it down. Nikolai is a assassin who kills on contract with a broken and tamed english. Seriously, drool. Daisy, errrhhh, there are times when I want to punch her in the face and there are times where I want to bring her in my arms and sing a lullaby. She's that sweet and sheltered. But the book, I love! Second part of it is equally good but its on a more casual side. Daniel is funny and charming and Regan is a sometimes-strong-sometimes-irritating character.
5. Neighbor from hell series by R.L Mathewson
Again, one of my favorite authors. Her books are hilarious. So much that sometimes I burst out laughing amidst crowd and people looked at me like I had lost it. Bradford men make you sigh and weep with joy. They look intimidating but are cuddly and really nice, in their own disturbed way. By the end I was gasping and wheezing because I couldn't stop laughing. The only thing that I didnt like about it was that all of them are fairy tales and stories. And if they do happen in real life, I'm all up for kneeling down and praying for my own Bradford man.
6. Any book of Sophie Kinsella
I was gripped by her style of writing when I read Confessions Of A Shopaholic. She is witty, charming, snipy and successfully makes me laugh. The book that I enjoyed most was Can You Keep A Secret. I simply loved it. It is one book that I can keep on reading again and again and again ane never grow tired of.
7. Hopeless by Colleen Hoover
I dont consider myself as much of an emphathatic person. I dont cry or feel extremely bad for others. But Hopeless was one book that almost brought me to tears. It is also one of my all time favorites. Colleen Hoover has written a masterpiece of all times. Her writing touched me and moved me. I laughed and I cried. There are not enough words to describe how incredible this book is.
8. Any book by Dan Brown
I dont have to explain how amazing and spectacular this man is. It will suffice when I say that I have in mind to build a shrine in his honor so that I can chant and preach of his talent.
9. Misery by Stephen King
Another book that I could not put down. Stephen King has the ability to make me afraid. I have been writing my own book and then I read Misery. What that nurse did to that author has made me second guess my decisions. No, I'm serious. Read it if you don't believe me.
10. Unravel by Calla Read
I like books with a shocking twist in the end. If you also like books like that then Unravel is your kind. When I read the synopsis, I was enthralled. And it was as good as they promised. The end was a shocker of all sorts and I was blown away.Links of my favorite books!
